54%

say AI isn't relevant to their business.

19%

How we can help

For businesses unsure where to begin

AI opportunity and risk review

A clear picture of where AI saves time, where the risks sit, and a plan you can act on.

  • Conversations with your team
  • Review of how AI is already used
  • Walk-through of key processes
  • Plain-English report with costed next steps

Pair it with a team workshop to put the findings to work.

For teams already using AI informally

AI governance setup

Your staff know what's allowed, and your leaders can show the business is in control of its data.

  • AI use policy
  • Approved tools list
  • Green, amber, red data rules
  • Staff guidance and a simple review process

Pair it with a skill library so every skill sits inside your rules.

For boards and directors

Board AI briefing

Directors can oversee AI use, ask the right questions and meet their duties.

  • Briefing on directors' duties and how the board can oversee AI
  • How AI is used in your business today
  • Key risks and questions for management
  • A simple format for reporting to the board

Pair it with governance setup so management has a clear way to report back.

For teams with tools but mixed results

Team AI training

Your team gets better results from AI on the work they do every day.

  • Intro and power user workshops
  • Our TRIP prompting framework
  • Use cases mapped to your work
  • Handouts, templates and a privacy checklist

Can be run after a review, built around what we found.

For repetitive work and double handling

AI automation

Stop keying the same data into three systems.

  • Scoping in plain English
  • Built into your existing systems
  • Tested with the people who use it
  • Documented and handed over

Start with one process and prove it works before adding more.

For teams doing the same tasks every week

Your own AI skill library

Your team's know-how, turned into AI skills they use every day.

  • Sessions with each role to map the work
  • Skills built from your real documents and templates
  • An owner, data rules and a review date for each
  • Training so your team can keep them current

Works with Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

For businesses without an AI owner

Ongoing AI lead

Someone owns AI progress without a full-time hire.

  • Regular working sessions
  • Policies kept current
  • Roadmap updates and new opportunities
  • Oversight of builds and suppliers
New Privacy Act rules

Automated decision privacy check

From 10 December 2026, businesses covered by the Privacy Act must explain in their privacy policy where software or AI makes, or substantially and directly helps make, decisions about people using their personal information.

We map where that happens in your business, check it against the new requirements, and draft notes for your privacy policy.

Most businesses with annual turnover of $3 million or less are exempt. This is general guidance, not legal advice. Sources: Gilbert + Tobin, Hamilton Locke.

10 Dec 2026Rules start. Applies to decisions made from that date.

How we work

From first conversation to working change

Listen

We start with the problem you're trying to solve.

Agree the scope

What you'll get, what's out, and how your team's week will look afterwards. Signed off before we start.

Deliver

Policies, training or builds, shaped alongside the people who'll use them.

Hand over

We write it up, walk your team through it, and stay on if you want us to.
